Everyone working at McDonald's has the opportunity to take part in structured learning, whether that's in customer service, teamwork or financial management. We believe these skills will serve them well, wherever their career takes them.

Cons

Flipping burgers and scooping fries at fast food are considered as low end job and people tend to look for desk job rather than labour job. With McDonald's training and development, it will be changed with diversity and inclusion.
